Can I Be Notified If a Message Fails to Send?
Yes, notifications are available for message fails, among other options. To access this feature, start off by logging in to your dashboard. Click on your account icon at the top right, then click My Account. On the left side there is a Notifications tab. This feature allows you to receive notifications via email, text message, or our mobile app.
Why would a message fail to send?
If your message fails to send, there is really only one main reason. Upon scheduling a message, it is assumed at the time of message send that there will be enough texts left in your text allotment in order to send out to the entire list. Another, far less likely reason, would be that a message has been scheduled to send out to a textword list. Then the textword was deleted, causing any future messages to fail to send to said textword list.
