Can I Combine Two Contact Lists or Textwords?
Yes! If you need to merge multiple textword lists, simply follow the steps outlined below.
- From your dashboard, click on Contacts.
- At the top right, find Tools
- Merge Contacts
Simply drop and drop! An important note, merging contacts does not void out the original compliance statement put in place for the contacts who had joined your list. The amount of messages sent out to the merged contacts must remain the same, along with message content.
