How Do I Change the Timezone On My Account?
SlickText currently supports all North American Timezones. Setting your timezone allows you to schedule messages and view date / time related data in your local time. To change your account's timezone:
- Click on the circle profile icon in the upper right hand corner of your dashboard and select "My Account"
- On the next page, on the left side of your screen, click "Timezone" and make the appropriate selection.
- Click "Save Timezone" to save your changes.
All dates and time stamps within your account will automatically change to reflect your newly selected timezone.
IMPORTANT: Any previously scheduled messages, contests or drip campaigns will also reflect your new timezone selection so we recommend you review the times to ensure they are correct.
