How Do I Delete a Textword, But Still Keep the Contacts?
There are two ways to accomplish this.
The first option is to simply rename the Textword to something that better fits your use case. By doing this, you maintain all of Textword specific configurations such as Segments, Custom Fields, Contacts, and Workflows.
To do this, go to your list of Textwords and select Settings from the options menu for the Textword you want to change. Once there, select Textword at the top of the list on the right side and enter in what you want to rename the list to.
If you prefer to start from scratch with a new Textword then use the Merge Contacts tool to move your contacts from one Textword to another. After your contacts are merged, you can then delete the old Textword. Do not delete it beforehand, as your contacts will be lost.
