How Do I Remove My Textword From the Front of My Text Messages?
By default, your textword does not appear at the begining of any outbound text messages. This is a feature that can be enabled and disabled right inside of any given textword's settings. Removing your textword from the front of your outbound text message campaigns is easy. Just follow these steps.
- Login to your SlickText account
- Click Textwords in the navigation bar
- Find your textword and click Options, then Settings
- On the left hand side, click the tab that says Text Messages
- Flip the switch to OFF (gray instead of green) to turn message prepending off
- Click Save Settings
Your textword will no longer be appended to your outbound text message campaigns now. Easy!
