How Do I Turn On the Inbox Feature?
To use SlickText's 2-way communication tool, Inboxing, simply click on your profile icon at the top right of your SlickText account. Following this, click on My Account, then Inboxing on the left hand side. Just flip the switch to on and hit save! Now your Inboxing feature with appear at the top of your SlickText account tab bar.
This 2-way communication tool can serve many purposes, from capturing subscribers' information to providing outstanding customer support via text. Whatsmore, you are even able to download chat thread transcripts for all users or for an individual conversation!
