How Do I Upgrade or Downgrade My Plan?
Upgrading your SlickText plan has never been easier! An upgrade can take place from right inside of the dashboard of your account. While on the Home tab, you will notice a graph showing subscriber growth over time. To the left of this graph are 5 options with a green button below. Simply click on the upgrade option here to view the previous and next available plan sizes.
Upgrading at this point will cause a pro-rated charge to occur to your account, adding the pro-rated text allotment as well. Your billing date will not have reset due to upgrading your plan.
