How Does Link Tracking Work?
If you're including links in your text campaigns, it's extremely helpful to know how many of your subscribers are actually clicking them. With our link tracking feature, you can easily see how many people are continuing on to the websites you're including in your campaigns.
To use the Shorten and Track Links feature, simply copy and paste your link into the body of your text campaign. The system will recognize the link and offer for you to shorten and track the link. This notification will appear below the text box you are currently typing in. Analytic reporting is available for any outbound campaign with a link, showcasing the number of clicks on the link included in that campaign.
