If We Switch From Using A Different Text Marketing Company to SlickText, Will We Be Switching Numbers?
This is a great question! Each mass texting company will be able to provide the use of the shortcode numbers provisioned to them. SlickText for example offers the use of 1 of 3 shortcodes: 31996, 69922, 888111. No other mass texting companies are able to use these numbers aside from SlickText. As such, SlickText is not able to pull the number from your last provider, as they own the number.
Never fear, we keep the transition process easy and simple. If you are coming from a previous provider, we can set you up on any of our 3 shortcodes, along with uploading your contacts into your new SlickText account.
