What Happens if I Don't Have Enough Messages to Send My Blast?
If you're trying to send a campaign to a list that's greater than the amount of text messages you have available, then you need to upgrade to a larger sized plan to accomodate your outbound campaign. If you do not have enough text messages left to cover your campaign, the system will notify you.
To Upgrade your plan, click on the Home tab in your account. On the left-hand side in green, you will see the option to Upgrade Plan. Simply choose the next plan size up! Upgrading your plan will cause a prorated charge to happen, prorating the amount of texts given as well. Your billing cycle date will stay the same.
