Where Can I Find a Disclaimer with Terms, Conditions and Privacy for my texting program?
Your compliance statement within your auto-reply includes a link to Terms, Conditions and Privacy.
It is located within your Textword's auto-reply. Go to Textwords, Options, Settings and you will see the compliance message in your auto-reply in the blue example message box. The link to terms, conditions and privacy is located within the compliance portion as a link.
As a suggestion and requiremeny by the CTIA, you will want to copy statement in it's entirety and paste it at the bottom of your advertisement (banner or flyer) as fine print. This is a requirement by the CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) for a recurring text marketing or communications program.
