Where Can I Find My Compliance Statement?
Your compliance statement can be found on the textword settings page in your dashboard. Each textword has its own compliance statement. First go to Textwords, then click on Options, then Settings next to the textword you want to work with.
On the right hand side of the next page you will notice a blue text box with your auto reply populated. Below your auto reply, you will see your unique compliance statement.

Please note: Your compliance statement is non negotiable. It must be included at the end of every auto reply. We do this to protect your account, and make sure you stay within CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) compliance. Failure could result in your campaign being shut down by the carriers.
