Why Did My Text Messages Stop When I Did Not Opt-Out?
If you recently stopped recieving messages, or were opted-out without permission, it may be that you recently switched cell providers or purchased a new phone. When this happens they will sometimes unsubscribe you from any short code lists your number may be on. Another, less common reason, would be the text list may no longer exist. This would result in both you and the rest of the subscribers no longer receiving text messages from that text list.
