Which features are included in my paid plan?

We don’t gate-keep innovation. Once you activate your account, you’ll get full access to the entire suite of features—including integrations and Workflows—no matter your plan size.

Are there benefits to selecting an annual plan?

Yes! Annual plans unlock two free months of message credits and give you the flexibility to use your message credits over the course of a year. This is the preferred option for businesses that increase their message frequency a few times per year, instead of communicating evenly across each month.

What are rollover texts?

Rollover texts are unused credits on your monthly or annual plan. These can be used for one term following your billing date. Monthly plans include one month of rollover texts. Annual plans include one year of rollover texts.

Can I add my teammates to my account?

Yes! You can add additional team members to your SlickText account. We recommend inviting your team as soon as you create your account and learning the platform together.

What does the 1-on-1 onboarding session cover?

We're serious about your growth and success with our mass texting service. We'll connect you with an in-house expert who can help you set up your texting program to best support your business and use case. They’ll help you leverage SlickText tools to navigate the compliance landscape, grow your audience of subscribers, and develop a messaging plan to optimize engagement with your contacts.

Can I get my own short code or local number?

Yes! We can work to provision a short code on your behalf or secure you a local number. We can help you port a sending number from your current text platform to SlickText. We even offer the ability for you to use an existing landline to handle all of your business's text messaging. Short codes and local phone numbers incur an extra fee.

What if I go over my monthly message allowance?

As a SlickText user, you never have to be concerned about surprise charges. We’ll give you a heads up if you’re running low on credits so you can adjust your plan as needed.

How do you count message credits?

Each message credit is equal to one industry standard SMS message segment to one subscriber. An SMS message segment contains 160 characters. An MMS (message sent with an image or other supported file types) consumes 3 message credits per segment. However, an MMS message segment can contain up to 1,600 characters.

How does the free trial work?

During your free trial, you’ll get 14 days to experience every feature. There’s no credit card required and you can upgrade at any time.

How quickly can I get my phone number registered?

We work closely with the wireless carriers so you can experience fast-track verification. This means your sending number can be registered more quickly than it would with other SMS marketing platforms—often within a few hours of the request being submitted.

Can I get help with my campaigns after I sign up?

Absolutely! We love to talk to our customers, and we’re happy to help you master our SMS marketing software. Plan sizes beginning at $129 receive free 1-on-1 onboarding sessions with a member of our client success team. We also have customer support specialists available all day to take your chats, calls, or emails.

Can I get ongoing strategy advice for my brand?

Yes! Plan sizes of 50,000 credits and larger include access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will help monitor your performance, provide tailored SMS marketing advice, and offer live support as needed.

What carrier fees are charged?

Most cellular carriers charge a small additional per-message fee to send texts on their networks. These fees vary based on the type of number you’re sending from, what country you’re sending in, and whether a message is an SMS or MMS message. We pass these fees through to you at no additional markup. You can learn more about carrier fees and how they work here.

Do plan prices include sales tax?

Taxes will be included where appropriate.
